Här hittar du information om pågående detaljplaner.

Kommunens fysiska planering avgör hur mark- och vattenområden ska användas. I detaljplaner regleras bland annat bebyggelse, gator, parker och friluftsområden. Detaljplanerna ligger till grund för beslut om till exempel bygglov. 

 

Ta del av gällande och pågående detaljplaner 

Du kan hitta de flesta av våra detaljplaner och områdesbestämmelser via någon av kartorna nedan. Kartorna hittar du även på sidan för gällande detaljplaner och på sidan med pågående detaljplaner. 

Ytorna som illustreras i webbkartan för pågående planer ska förstås som preliminära, det vill säga, de kan ändras under planprocessens gång. Ytorna indikerar att det pågår ett planarbete på platsen och färgen på ytan visar i vilken fas planarbetet befinner sig. 

Ytan illustrerar den ungefärliga utbredningen som planen har. Definitiv blir ytan först när planen får laga kraft och ytan övergår då till webbkartan för gällande planer.  

Om du använder ytorna genom att ladda ner dem via öppna-data-portalen, till exempelvis till GIS-analys eller liknande, ansvarar du själv för kvaliteten i datamaterialet. 

Till varje pågående detaljplan finns en projektsida där du kan ta del av de olika handlingarna som hör till planen.

      During the autumn of 2019, Umeå municipality conducted a dialogue about Umeå's  city districts. Among other things, we wanted to know which places one like and do not like and what one wish for its district in the future.Opinions have been collected both at dialogue meetings in the city districts but also via a digital map and the results from both parts are included in this dataset.
